摘要
目的：探讨彩色多普勒能量图（ＣＤＰＩ）与脉冲多普勒（ＰＷ）对鉴别淋巴结性质的意义。方法：ＣＤＰＩ、ＰＷ观测１５９个颈肿大淋巴结的血流特点与阻力指数（ＲＩ）。结果：ＣＤＰＩ能１００％显示淋巴结血流，共分为四型，各类性质淋巴结有其血流特点，ＲＩ对鉴别淋巴结性质有重要意义。结论：ＣＤＰＩ、ＰＷ与二维超声结合，同时结合临床特点对鉴别淋巴结性质有重要作用。
Color Doppler power imaging (CDPI) and pulsed Doppler weer used to detect blood flow of cervical lymph nodes in order to differentiate the nature of lymph nodes. Methed:CDPI and pulsed Doppler were used to detect patterns of blood flow of 159 superfical lymph nodes (32 were chronic non-specific reactive lymph nodes,24 were acute inflammatory lymph nodes,34 were tuberculous lymph nodes,48 were metastasis lymph nodes and 21 were primary malignant lymph nodes or malignant lymphoma). Resistive index(RI) was calculated for each lymph node. Results: CDPI could detect blood flow of ace lymph nodes. Patterns of blood flow of lymph nodes detected by CDPI could be divided into four types. The types of blood flow were varied in different nature of cervical lymph nodes. RI was useful for differentiating the nature of lymph nodes. Conclution:CDPI combined with,pulsed Doppler,two-dimensional ultrasonograph and clinic features were useful for differetiating the nature of lymph nodes.
