摘要
介绍了用工业废渣反应剂处理含重金属离子的酸性混合废水的方法。研究了各种工艺参数与废水的pH值变化、处理效果和用碱量的关系。实验表明:本方法具有反应剂为废渣综合利用、原料价廉易得、操作简便、去除重金属离子效果好、节约用碱量、沉渣量少等优点。适用于中小电镀厂和实验室重金属废水的处理。
This paper describes the treatment process of an acid wastewater containing heavy metals by an industrial solid waste. Research has been conducted on the relation between various process parameters, pH changes, as well as treatment effciencies and the amount of neutralizing agent required. The experiments show that the process has many advantages which include: the comprehensive utilization of an easily obtained waste as a reactant; convenient operation; effective removal of heavy metals; and reduction of alkali required and sludge produced. It is applicable to middle or small sized electro-plating plants and laboratories for the treatment of acid wastewater containing heavy metals.
