低温环境下饲粮电解质平衡对后备蛋鸭激素分泌及营养物质代谢的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Dietary Electrolyte Balance on Hormone Secretion and Metabolism of Nutrients in Reserved Layer Ducks under Low Temperature

摘要 本试验旨在研究低温环境下饲粮电解质平衡(DEB)对后备蛋鸭激素分泌及营养物质代谢的影响。试验采用11周龄金定蛋鸭600只,随机分成5组(每组20个重复,每个重复6只试鸭),DEB值分别为144.18(Ⅰ组)、194.94(Ⅱ组)、247.14(Ⅲ组)、299.34(Ⅳ组)和351.54 mmol/kg(Ⅴ组)。试验期为7周,环境温度为(1±1)℃。结果表明:Ⅲ组血清中四碘甲腺原氨酸含量和四碘甲腺原氨酸/三碘甲腺原氨酸显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但与Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组血清中胰岛素含量显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.05),但与Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05);血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸和皮质醇含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。DEB对血清中卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇含量影响显著(P<0.05),且最高值均出现在Ⅱ组;对血清中孕酮含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。随着DEB值的升高,血清中游离脂肪酸含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,Ⅱ组显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05);血清中尿素氮含量呈先下降后上升的趋势,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅴ组(P<0.05);血清中葡萄糖含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。由此得出,在低温环境下,当DEB值为194.94~247.14 mmol/kg时可促进后备蛋鸭激素分泌及营养物质代谢。 This study was designed to study the dietary electrolyte balance(DEB) on hormone secretion and metabolism of nutrients in reserved layer ducks under low temperature.Six hundred Jinding layer ducks were chosen and randomly divided into five groups with twenty replicates per group and six ducks per replicate which were fed diets with the DEB values of 144.18(group Ⅰ),194.94(group Ⅱ),247.14(group Ⅲ),299.34(group Ⅳ) and 351.54 mmol/kg(group Ⅴ),respectively.The trial lasted for seven weeks,and the environmental temperature was(1±1) ℃.The results showed as follows: serum tetraiodothyronine content and tetraiodothyronine/triiodothyronine in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P0.05),but the difference was not significant between groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P0.05);serum insulin content in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅴ(P0.05),but the difference was not significant between groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P0.05);no significant difference was observed among all groups in serum triiodothyronine and cortisol contents(P0.05).DEB had no significant effects on serum progesterone content(P0.05),but significantly affected the contents of serum follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol(P0.05),and the highest value of the above three indices was found in group Ⅱ.With the DEB value increasing,serum free fatty acid and glucose contents were increased firstly and then decreased,while serum urea nitrogen content was decreased firstly and then increased.The serum free fatty acid content in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ(P0.05),and the serum glucose content in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ(P0.05),while the serum urea nitrogen content in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅴ(P0.05).In conclusion,under the low temperature,the hormone secretion and metabolism of nutrients in reserved layer ducks are improved when the DEB value ranged from 194.94 to 247.14 mmol/kg.
