摘要
本试验通过实测玉米、豆粕原料净能(NE)值以及真可消化赖氨酸(TDLys),旨在研究1~21日龄黄羽肉鸡NE需要量以及适宜的TDLys?NE。基础饲粮及试验饲粮NE值测定采用析因法,沉积净能测定采用比较屠宰法,维持净能(NEm)测定采用饥饿法结合比较屠宰法,而原料NE值最后依据顶替套算公式计算所得。饲养试验选用1日龄的黄羽肉公鸡360只,随机分为9组,每组设4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。采用3×3因子设计,NE水平分别为8.268、8.686、9.104 MJ/kg,TDLys水平分别为0.89%、0.99%、1.09%,即低、中、高3个水平。测得的玉米和豆粕的NE值分别为11.229、7.041 MJ/kg DM。在此基础上进行的饲养试验结果表明:1)中能组黄羽肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)和氮沉积、氮利用率显著或极显著优于低能组(P<0.05或P<0.01),与高能组差异不显著(P>0.05),但中能组单位增重饲料成本极显著低于高能组(P<0.01);2)TDLys水平对ADG影响不显著(P>0.05),中赖氨酸组ADG最高;高赖氨酸组F/G和单位增重所需NE值都极显著低于其他2组(P<0.01),但单位增重饲料成本极显著高于其他2组(P<0.01);3)TDLys与NE对F/G、单位增重所需NE值、单位增重饲料成本和氮沉积存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。其中中能中赖氨酸组ADG和F/G、氮沉积与高能高赖氨酸组差异不显著(P>0.05),而中能中赖氨酸组氮利用率最高,单位增重饲料成本最低。因此,欲获得最佳生产性能,1~21日龄黄羽肉鸡适宜的NE值和TDLys?NE分别为8.686 MJ/kg、1.140 g/MJ。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the requirement of net energy and appropriate ratio of true digestive lysine to net energy(TDLys∶NE) for yellow-feathered broilers aged 1 to 21 days,based on the measurement of net energy(NE) and true digestive lysine(TDLys) of corn and soybean meal.The net energy values of basal and experimental diets were measured by the factorial method,and the retained net energy values were evaluated by comparative slaughter method,and the values of net energy for maintenance(NEm) were evaluated by comparative slaughter method combined with starvation method.The net energy values of the feedstuffs were calculated according to the substitution formula.In the feeding experiment,a total of 360 one-day-old male yellow-feathered broiler chicks were randomly allocated to 9 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 chickens per replicate.A 3×3 factorial arrangement was adopted.Broilers were fed with the experimental diets with 8.268(low level),8.686(midium level) and 9.104 MJ/kg(high level) NE,and 0.89%(low level),0.99%(middle level) and 1.09%(high level) TDLys,respectively.The experiment showed that the net energy values of corn and soybean meal were 11.229 and 7.041 MJ/kg DM,respectively,and based on those,feeding experiment showed as follows: 1) average daily gain(ADG),ratio of feed to gain(F/G),nitrogen deposition and availability in 8.686 MJ/kg NE group were significantly better than those in 8.268 MJ/kg NE group(P0.05 or P0.01),and there were no significant differences compared with the 9.104 MJ/kg NE group(P0.05),but 8.686 MJ/kg NE group had the lower feed cost for ADG than 9.104 MJ/kg NE group(P0.01);2) TDLys had no significant effect on ADG(P0.05),but ADG in 0.99% TDLys group was the highest;F/G and the net energy for ADG in 1.09% TDLys group were significantly lower than those in the other groups(P0.01),but the feed cost for ADG was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P0.01);3) a significant interaction effect of NE and TDLys on F/G,the net energy for ADG,the feed cost for ADG and nitrogen deposition was observed(P0.05);there were no significant differences in ADG,F/G and nitrogen deposition between 8.686 MJ/kg NE plus 0.99% TDLys group and 9.104 MJ/kg NE plus 1.09% TDLys group(P0.05),but the former had the highest nitrogen availability and the lowest feed cost for ADG.To get the best performance,the NE level of 8.686 MJ/kg and TDLys∶NE level of 1.140 g/MJ are appropriate for yellow-feathered broilers aged 1 to 21 days.
