摘要 卵巢癌基因治疗的关键在于如何安全高效地将外源性基因导入细胞。超声微泡造影剂作为新兴的基因转染载体,有望为卵巢癌基因治疗开辟新的路径。本文就超声微泡造影剂在卵巢癌基因治疗中的研究进展进行综述。 Gene therapy of ovarian cancer has become a hot spot recently,and the key point is to transfect exogenous gene into cells safely and effectively. As a new gene transfection vector,ultrasonic microbubble contrast agents will break a new way for the gene therapy in ovarian cancer. The research progress of ultrasound contrast agent mediated gene therapy in ovarian cancer were reviewed in this article.
