摘要
脑梗死具有高发病率、高病死率、高致残率的特点,早期确定缺血半暗带的有无对指导治疗及改善预后有非常重要的意义。本文对各种磁共振成像在脑梗死缺血半暗带界定中的应用及其优势与不足进行综述。
Cerebral infraction is a disease with high morbidity,mortality and disability rate. To define the ischemic penumbra as early as possible is critical for directing treatment and improving prognosis. The application of magnetic resonace imagin in defining the ischemic penumbra of cerebral infraction was reviewed in this article,as well as their advantages and diadvantages.
