摘要
我国面包小麦新品种(系)同国外面包小麦品种相比,在蛋白质含量和蛋白质品质上都存在着一段差异,但也有部分品种(系)的品质性状表现优异。经比较认为,在小麦杂交育种中筛选和利用具有优良蛋白质品质和比沉淀值高的亲本资源来选育高产优质新品种,在仍以高产为主要育种目标的中国,具有十分重要的意义。
Compared with varieties from other countres,the domestic wheat varieties were generally low in protein content and specific sedimentation value.However,some domestic varieties were also with high quality imdexes.These varieties,especially those with higher specific sedimentation value,will be important in breeding good quality bread wheat in China.
