摘要
带轮式少齿差减速器是为改装MB1312型外圆磨床而设计的。设计中对轮齿干涉进行了分析,并采用迭代法对少齿差行星齿轮传动参数进行了计算,与此同时进行了结构设计与研制。减速器经实际运转,指标符合要求,已付诸应用。表明设计方法正确,可供少齿差传动设计参考。
The pulleyreductor is used in refitting the circular
grinding machine into the electrolytic machine. For the sake of simplifying construction, it takes
the form of a KHV drive. The interference of flank has analyzed and the parameters of the drive
with a few difference of teeth have calculated by the iteration method in this paper. The
technical specifications of the reductor are shown below: the transmission ratio, i is 50; the
input speed, nH is 650 r/min; and the output torque, T is 40 Nm. The result indicates, the
performances of the reductor are satisfied for the needs of targets, the method of calculation is
correct, the reductor is applicable and they can be taken as a reference in design of
transmission system with a few teeth difference.
