摘要
目的探讨超声成像对脾动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的15例脾动脉瘤超声表现。结果 15例术前超声诊断为脾动脉瘤,与CT、手术和病理完全一致,诊断符合率100%。结论超声对于本病的诊断具有较高特异性,检查方便、快捷,是早期确诊或初诊筛选本病的首选检查方法。
Objective To study the utility of ultrasonography for diagnosing splenic artery aneurysms.Methods Fifteen patients with surgically and pathologically proved splenic artery aneurysm underwent preoperative ultrasonography.Results All 15 cases were definitely diagnosed by preoperative ultrasonography and the ultrasonic findings of all patients were corresponding to those of CT,surgery and pathology,the diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of this disease has higer specificity and the procedure is convenient and quick,so that it should be first choice to screen or early to diagnose this disease.
