摘要
通过详细介绍MasterCAM软件中Gear命令的使用,提出在MasterCAM中如何通过计算与修改数据绘制符合要求的标准齿轮的方法,为以后的数控加工、产生NC程式奠定基础。讨论了齿轮量柱直径选取原则和计算方法,对齿轮设计有一定的帮助。
This paper introduced the usage of command Gear in MasterCAM software,and presented the way to calculate and modify the metric gear parameters to draw qualified standard gear in MasterCAM,which provided the base for the NC program generation in future production.The paper also discussed how to select and calculate the roll diameter of a gear,it will be helpful for the gear design.
