摘要
针对工程爆破中电子延时雷管易受爆破冲击波作用的影响,提出了强冲击条件下电子延时雷管高精度计时起爆的原理和方法。采用一种将高精度的晶体振荡器与抗冲击的谐振振荡器结合起来的计时方案,并进行部分模块组成及功能的分析,理论与实践表明该设计思路新颖,方案可行,可达到抗冲击计时起爆。
Focus on the electronic delay detonator influenced easily by blast shock wave in engineering blasting,this paper proposes the principles and methods of high precision timing detonation under the condition of strong impact.The timing program of combining the high accurate crystal oscillator with the impact harmonic oscillator is adopted,and takes the composition and function analysis of the part modules.The theory and practice shows that the design idea is novelty,the scheme is feasible and it can achieve the purpose of impact resistance timing initiation.
