摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸酐(MA)为原料,次亚磷酸钠-过硫酸盐为引发剂,合成新型膦基丙烯酸三元共聚物。通过正交实验和单因素实验对聚合反应的影响因素进行了优化,确定了最佳合成条件。静态阻垢实验结果表明,对碳酸钙的阻垢性能优于氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)和二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸(DETPMPA)。
A phosphono-containing acrylic acid copolymer was synthesized with acroleic acid(AA),maleic anhydride(MA) as raw materials,hypophosphite-persulfate as initiator.By orthogonal and single tests,the influencing factors of polymerization is optimized,the optimum synthetic condition is determined.The static scaling test results show that it is better than amino trimethylene phosphonic acid and diethylene triamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid in inhibiting ability for calcium carbonate scale.
