Abstract The paper put forward a new four factor theory to analyze and assess the profit loss ability of industrial ecology.Based on such theory and model,the ecological replenishment can be made among various industries through the organic combination of natural endowment of ecological economy of various industries,in order to alleviate and even remove the ecological destructibility caused by the industry running.
