摘要
暴发性1型糖尿病是1型糖尿病的一个少见亚型，主要特征是短时期内（多数〈7d）急骤出现极度增高的血糖、严重的糖尿病酮症酸中毒以及水、电和酸碱平衡紊乱，病情危重凶险，发病时糖化血红蛋白Ale水平几乎正常，胰岛素自身抗体多阴性，胰岛β细胞功能完全破坏，血清C肽水平很低，治疗必须应用胰岛素。
Fulminant type 1 diabetes is a seldom seen subtype of type 1 diabetes. Its main features are that blood glucose increases excessively in a short time （mostly within 7 days）, with severe diabetic ketoacidosis, disturbance of hydro-electrolytes and acid-base disbalance. Patient＇s condition is severe and dangerous. The level of HbAlc is almost normal at onset, and insulin autoantibodies are mostly negative. The function of β cells is destroyed completely and serum C peptide is so low that patients must be treated with insulin.
