摘要
目的:探讨药物流产后宫腔内残留物及其他宫腔内异常回声的阴道超声诊断价值。方法:对50例药物流产后2周仍有阴道出血者及闭经者,进行阴道超声检查,仔细观察宫腔内回声情况及宫腔内残留物及其周围肌壁血流情况。结果:46例宫腔内蜕膜、少许绒毛组织残留者其内显示血流信号及近宫腔内局部肌壁呈血流丰富区,是药物流产后阴道流血延长的主要原因。结论:阴道超声对药物流产后阴道出血时间延长的原因及临床处理具有重要的指导意义。
Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of the intrauterine remainder after drug abortion by transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler imaging（TVS-CD）.Methods：Fifty cases who still had bleeding after drug abortion for two weeks were examined with TVS-CD to observe uterus and its surrounding myometrial blood flow.Results：Forty-six cases with retention of intrauterine decidua and villus tissue showed blood flow signals and trophoblastic blood flow was monitored which were the main cause of prolonged bleeding after drug abortion.Conclusion：TVS-CD can be the vital sigmificance for finding the causes of prolonged vaginal bleeding after drug abortion and clinical treatment.
