奥氮平单药治疗急性躁狂发作的疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:比较奥氮平单药与氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症的疗效与副反应。方法:将门诊和住院患者63例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组33例,分别给予奥氮平(治疗组)和氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠(对照组)治疗,治疗8周。用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:治疗组痊愈9例,显进13例,进步5例,无效3例,总有效率为73.3%;对照组痊愈8例,显进15例,进步6例,无效4例,总有效率为69.7%;两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:奥氮平是一种治疗急性躁狂发作安全有效的药物。
