摘要 目的:建立奥沙利铂原料药的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定奥沙利铂原料药的含量,并与UV法及炽灼残渣法进行比较。结果:3种检测方法均具可行性。结论:高效液相色谱法测定干扰小,操作方便,结果准确。 Objective：To develop a method for determining the content of oxaliplatin.Methods：RP-HPLC,UV and residue on ignition method were used to determine oxaliplaitin,respectively,and the results were compared with each other.Results：All the three mothods were feasible for determining oxaliplatin.Conclusion：RP-HPLC method is simple and more accurate.
