摘要
预计至2020年,南方电网抽水蓄能装机将达到11 500 MW。本文介绍了抽水蓄能电厂在南方电网中的作用,总结了南方电网抽水蓄能电厂,主要是广州蓄能和惠州蓄能2009年运行情况,指出了广州蓄能机组启停次数过多、惠州蓄能机组启停成功率偏低、蓄能机组整体运行经济性有待优化提高等问题,并给出了相应的建议。
Expected to 2020,China Southern Power Grid（CSG） installed capacity of pumped storage will reach 11 500 MW.This paper describes the role of pumped storage power station（PSPS） in CSG,summarizes operation situation of PSPS in CSG,mainly Guangzhou PSPS and Huizhou PSPS in 2009.At the same time,this paper points out the existing problems,such as the plants of Guangzhou PSPS start and stop too many times,the plant start and stop success rate of Huizhou PSPS is low,economic operation of PSPS in CSG needs to be optimized,and presents corresponding proposals for improvement.
