摘要
目的本文旨在探讨抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者心率变异度的影响。方法对113例使用抗精神病药物治疗一年以上的住院精神分裂症患者作调查,记录其用药方式和种类,测定其心率变异度变化的情况。结果共入组113例,其中合并用药有67例,使用氯氮平有64例,使用丙戊酸钠有11例,均引起了心率变异度的降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论使用氯氮平或丙戊酸钠及合用抗精神病药物治疗可引起心率变异度降低。
Objective To investigate the effects of antipsycbotic drugs on heart rate variability （HRV）. Methods 113 schizophrenic inpatients using antipsychotics for more than one year were investigated. Details of the treatments were recorded and HRV indexes were measured. Results Among 113 patients, HRV index reduced significantly in those using antipsychotics combination （n=67）, clozapine （n=64） and sodium valproate （n= 11） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Usages of antipsychotics combination, clozapine and sodium valproate reduce the HRV index.
