摘要 利用UG NX软件强大的实体建模功能,通过分别建立刀盘与齿坯模型,创建出成形法加工工艺过程下螺旋锥齿轮实体模型。重点研究螺旋锥齿轮齿顶曲线方程的求解。具体求解过程如下:(1)在原坐标系下求解出螺旋锥齿轮顶锥曲面方程;(2)在新坐标系下求解齿轮凸面与凹面方程;(3)通过坐标变换,将上述两个坐标系统一到一起,建立螺旋锥齿轮凸面与凹面的齿顶曲线方程。该齿顶曲线方程的求解将有助于齿顶倒角加工过程中刀具位姿的计算。 By using modeling function of UG NX,the cutter and the gear blank's solid model were built,and the spiral bevel gear's model under forming process were created.The top curve equation of the spiral bevel gear was deduced with emphases on research.The detailed solving steps were as following:(1)The equation of the top surface was solved in the original coordinate;(2)The convexity and the concave equation were calculated in the new coordinate;(3)The original coordinate system and the new one were integrated by using coordinate transformation,and then the top curve equation of the spiral bevel gear both in the convexity and the concave were deduced.This equation will be helpful in calculating the cutter's position and pose in the spiral bevel gear's addendum chamfering process.
