摘要
民营中小企业对湖南经济的发展贡献巨大,但随着市场经济改革的不断深化和企业竞争的不断加剧,融资不畅也是不争的事实,尤其是2008年世界金融危机后,民营中小企业融资困难的问题进一步突出。湖南省当前面临实施"中部崛起"和"两型社会"建设的重大发展战略,抓住机遇创新中小企业融资制度,有效化解民营中小企业融资困境,对推进湖南民营中小企业又好又快发展和经济发展方式转型升级至关重要。
The Private SMEs play an important role in economy developing of Hunan.But with the further reforming of market economy and the more enterprise competing,bad financing is a indisputable fact,especially after the global financial crisis in 2008,the financing difficulties of SMEs becomes further highlight.At present,Hunan now face the important development strategy of the emergence of the ＂rising of central＂ and ＂two types of society＂,seizing opportunities and innovating SMEs financing institutions and effectively solving financing dilemma of private SMEs of Hunan province is very important to promote the development of private SMEs of Hunan province nicely and quickly and economic development changing the way.
