摘要
通过实验室试验和工业试验,详细研究了GF型高效复合水泥助磨剂的助磨效果和对水泥物理性能的影响。结果表明:当该助磨剂掺入量在0.6%时,不仅可使水泥磨机的台时产量提高20%~30%,而且可使水泥的3d,28d强度分别提高20%~30%和10%~15%;同时能够缩短水泥的初凝和终凝时间,利于快速施工和缩短脱模时间。此外,该助磨剂的使用可大幅度提高混合材的掺入量,降低水泥成本。
By laboratory and industrial experiment, the effect of GF high efficiency composite grinding aids was studied. The results show that when mixing rate of the grinding aids is at 0.6%, the output of cement mill was increased by 20% - 30% and the 3 d,28 d compressive strength was improved by 20% -30%,10% - 15% respectively, and the initial and final set time was shortened which was benefit for rapid construction and short demold time, and furthermore, mixing the grinding aids, the admixture adding rate can be increased greatly which means saving cement cost.
