摘要
以北京麋鹿苑散养的138头麋鹿为研究对象,测定麋鹿自由采食量。设置88个1 m×1 m样方,利用群牧差额法测定草地放牧前后产草量,计算麋鹿采食量。结果表明,在以紫花苜蓿、黑麦草、无芒雀麦、早熟禾为主要草种的混播草场,麋鹿的采食量为10.27 kg/d干物质,进而分析了牧草产量差异性和麋鹿的营养需求,为麋鹿的半散放管理和麋鹿的饲料配比提供参考。
In order to determine feed intake of Elaphurus davidianus under the grazing environment,a total number of 116 healthy Elaphurus davidianus were selected.A total of eighty-eight sample plots（1m x 1m/plot）were used in the study.The results showed that The feed intake of Elaphurus davidianus under the grazing environment was 10.27 kg dry matter in the mixed pasture which include Medicago sativa,lolium perenne L.,Bromusinermis Leyss,Poa annua and so on.The differences of pasture and nutritional needs of Elaphurus davidianus were analyzed.This study will provide reference for the grazing feed intake of Elaphurus davidianus under natural condition.
