中小企业创业环境与创业绩效关系的实证研究被引量：31

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between SMEs Entrepreneurship Environmental and Its Performance

摘要创业环境对创业企业,尤其是中小创业企业的生存与成长有着重要的影响,并对创业企业的绩效起着决定性作用。本研究通过182份有效问卷调查数据,运用回归分析和结构方程模型方法,探讨了中小企业创业环境对创业绩效的影响。研究结果表明,中小企业创业环境与创业绩效正相关,但创业环境的不同维度对创业绩效的作用呈现差异,创业环境的不同维度对三种不同维度创业绩效的影响也各不相同;进一步说明了完善和提高创业企业激励体系和支持体系是影响中小企业创业绩效的关键因素。分析结果对中小企业在创业过程中有效地利用创业环境提高绩效,使企业更好的发展和成长提供现实参考。 In an Entrepreneurial enterprise,especially a small and medium-sized entrepreneurial enterprise,entrepreneurial environment has an important effect on its survival and growth,and plays a deterministic role in entrepreneurial performance.This study,based on questionnaire survey data on 182 enterprises,discusses the influence of SMEs entrepreneurship environment on entrepreneurship performance through regression analysis and SEM（structural equation model）.The study results show that SMEs entrepreneurship environment is positively related to its performance,but different dimensions of entrepreneurship environment has different effects on entrepreneurship performance,each dimension differently influencing three dimensions of entrepreneurship performance.This study further illustrates that it is crucial to complete and improve the incentive system and support system of entrepreneurship enterprises,which are two important factors of influencing SMEs＇ performance.The results provide actual reference for SMEs which can effectively use entrepreneurship environment to improve performance in the entrepreneurial process so as to make them develop and grow better.
