摘要
目的:探讨自体骨髓干细胞移植术治疗糖尿病足的围术期护理方法。方法:对8例糖尿病足患者行自体骨髓干细胞移植术,术前收集资料、准确评估、制定护理计划,术中密切配合,术后做好病情观察、功能锻炼和预防感染。结果:本组均手术成功,术后随访3个月以上,其中5例患肢温度明显改善,病变肢体疼痛完全消失,足背动脉搏动明显增强,2例溃疡完全愈合,1例溃疡创面明显缩小。结论:自体骨髓干细胞移植术治疗糖尿病足效果确切,系统、规范的围术期护理可减轻患者痛苦,促进康复。
Objective： To investigate the perioperative nursing methods in treatment of diabetic foot by applying autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation. Methods： The autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation was applied to 8 patients with diabetic foot. The information of the patients was collected to make an accurate assessment and worked out nursing care plan before surgery; close intraoperative nursing cooperation, postoperative observation on the patient~ conditions, functional exercise and prevention of infection were seriously and carefully carried out. Results ： All operations were successful and the postoperative follow - up was more than 3 months. The improvement of limb temperature, disappearance of pain in the affected limb and signif- icant enhancing of dorsalis pedis artery pulse were found in 5 patients ; ulcer completely healed in 2 patients and ulcer was signifi- cantly reduced in one patient. Conclusion： The systematic and standardized perioperative nursing care can reduce pain and pro- mote recovery of the patients in treatment of diabetic foot by means of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation.
