摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术中的应用效果及变异管理方法。方法:将120例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组和护理路径组各60例。对照组接受常规整体护理,护理路径组按临床护理路径方案进行。结果:护理路径组患者平均住院时间、住院费用、床位使用率及护理满意度、相关知识掌握度、复诊率等各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术,可有效落实护理措施,提高护理质量和护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective ： To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the chronic rhinitis and sinusitis surgery and its variation management. Methods： 120 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and clinical nursing pathway group （60 cases for each group）. The routine holistic nursing care was taken in the control group and clinical nursing pathway programs were applied in the clinical nursing pathway group. Results ： The indicators of average hospitalization days, medical costs, patient -bed occupancy rate, patient＇s satisfaction at nursing service, grasp of related knowledge and referral rates were superior in the clinical nursing pathway group to those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway for rhinitis and sinusitis surgery can effectively implement nursing measures, improve the quality of nursing care and patient＇s satisfaction at nursing service. It should be widely applied.
