摘要
介绍了以硫磷混酸和高镁磷尾矿粉为原料制备磷镁复合肥的工艺条件,并通过正交实验对其工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为硫酸用量15 g,磷酸用量110 g,反应温度50℃,反应时间20 min,此时P2O5、MgO转化率分别为91.34%和82.44%。
Technological conditions of preparing P-Mg compound fertilizer with mixed acid of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid and high-Mg phosphate rock tailings were introduced, and the technolog- ical conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment design. The results indicated that under the optimal technological conditions of sulfurlc acid dosage 15 g, phosphoric acid dosage 110 g, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 20 min, the conversion ratio of P2O5 and MgO were 91.34 % and 82.44 %, respectively.
