摘要
丙烯酸乙酯经在空气下60Coγ辐照后,剂量率在15Gy/s以上时可形成3种过氧化物组份,各组份的分布随剂量率的不同而异;当剂量率为10Gy/s时,只形成单一的相当于第2组份的过氧化物.用红外光谱,核磁共振谱和质谱测定了3种过氧化物组份的结构.具有交替结构的第2组份有较强的引发活性,能引发其它乙烯类单体聚合,与K2S2O8相比,它能在较低温度和较短时间内引发聚合,且聚合过程更平稳,获得的聚合物分子量更高.
Irradiation of ethylacrylate(EA) in air by 60Co at dose rate>15 Gy/s gave three peroxide compenents in different contents depending on the dose rate used. At 10 Gy/s the second component was formed uniquely. The structures of the peroxides have been determined by IR, NMR and MS measurements. The results showed that the second component had alternative peroxide structure and greater initiation activity than others. It could initiate polymerization of some vinyl monomers, requiring lower initiation temperature and shorter initiation time than K2S2O8, and the polymerization carried out more smooth with high molecular weight polymer product.
