摘要
大学"行政化"影响了以自治和学术自由为核心的大学理念的实现。高度集权型管理是导致大学"行政化"的根源所在,"官本位"是催生剂。大学"去行政化"的根本路径是回归大学本真,在现有条件下可实施五项策略:探索中国特色大学制度;转变政府管理大学方式;加强党的领导能力建设;改善大学内部治理结构;加快教育法规制度建设。
The inclination of bureaucrat in universities hurts the realization of university ideal whose core characters are autonomy and academic freedom.The root of the bureaucrat inclination in universities is the highly centralized managing pattern and it is promoted by the society＇s official-rank-oriented standard consciousness.The basic path for universities＇ de-bureaucrat is to seek for the real look of universities.There are five strategies that could be adopted under the circumstances nowadays： in the first place,to probe the institutes with Chinese characters;secondly,to turn the managing patterns of governance on universities;thirdly,to meliorate the Communist Party＇s leading ability and to improve universities＇ inner governance structure as the fourth method;in the last,to expedite the courses of building educational law and institute.
