摘要
大学文化场域下学术与行政之间并不是简单的对立冲突关系,两者在其本质上具有一致性,在互动中具有共生性,在实践中具有融合性,有着不可分割的联系,和谐统一是"学术"和"行政"的旨归,只看到"对立"而忽视"统一"不利于大学发展。
The relationship between academy and administration from the perspective of university cultural field is not the simple conflict.Both sides have consistency in essence,symbiosis in interaction,and integration in practice.Academic culture and administrative culture have become inextricable,and the ultimate aim of both academy and administration is harmony and unity.Therefore,to focus only on the conflict of both sides with the neglect of their unity might not be helpful for the development of universities.
