摘要
本文通过对当前文秘人员的需求分析，剖析高职院校文秘专业现状，提出当前文秘专业向实践教学转变的对策：构建合理的实践教学课程体系、建立多功能的实践训练场地、打造高素质的双师型教师队伍，培养既有职业能力又有综合素质的专业人才。
with the current analysis of the demand for secretary and secretarial professional status of vocational colleges, the current secretary major should changes in professional practice teaching is proposed. We should reform three aspects which are constructing a reasonable system of practical teaching courses, multi-functional training place and creating high-quality and Double quality teachers. A person both have professional competence and comprehensive quality can be cultivated.
