摘要
研究污秽潮湿状态下绝缘子表面电场特征可有效提高绝缘子可靠性。本文依据工频复数电场理论,选择合适的参量对污层的电气特征进行描述,建立污秽潮湿状态下绝缘子电场计算三维有限元模型,研究均匀污层对有机复合绝缘子周围电场的影响,对清洁干燥和污秽潮湿状态下的绝缘子电场分布进行实际测量,并对污秽潮湿状态下绝缘子表面的污层进行模拟。实测结果与仿真结果一致,验证了该模型的有效性,同时也得出结论:潮湿污层对绝缘子周围电场的畸变与污层的电导率有关。
The research on insulator's electric-field characters under wet and polluted condition could effectively reduce the risk of insulator flashover.In this paper,the complex electric-field theory is applied,a proper parameter is chosen to represent insulators' surface condition,a 3D model was built for calculation.On the basis of above,the electric-field around transmission line composite insulator is discussed.Further more,the simulated measurements considering the grading ring,conductor and cross arm are also carried out.A relative good agreement between the calculated and measured results is obtained.Finally,we get the conclusion that the degree of electric-field distortion is related with surface conductivity.
