摘要
养生颐年是预防保健的重要内容。对刘炳凡根据毛泽东《实践论》提出的"知行统一观"养生颐年学术思想、方法、主要内容和临床实践经验等进行探析,这对现代养生学说的丰富和发展具有积极的作用和意义。
Health and longevity are one of the important purpose of prevention and health care.According to Mao Ze-dong＇s ＂On Practice＂,Liu Bing-fan presented his health cultivation thought-＂The Unity of Knowledge and Practice＂,and this paper discusses and analyses Liu＇s theory in the aspects below：the presentation,methods,main contents and clinical experiences.This is constructive and important to the abundance and development of modern health cultivation theory.
