摘要
冠心病的病机多为本虚标实,属虚劳的范畴,可运用《金匮要略》虚劳病篇的理法方药,通过建中益气、温阳补肾、滋养心肝、扶正化瘀、益气补血、祛风散邪的方法进行论治,常可收到良效。
Coronary heart disease whose pathogenesis is root deficiency and branch excess belongs to the category of consumption disease.May use the principle,method,formula and herbs in the consumption disease chapter of Jin Gui Yao Lue,and apply the methods,such as invigorating the Middle-jiao and replenishing Qi,warming Yang and tonifying kidney,nourishing the heart and liver,strengthening vital Qi and removing blood stasis,benefiting Qi for promoting production of blood,dispelling wind pathogen to treat coronary heart disease.That generally has a good effect in the clinic.
