摘要
本文给出了 Q=(q_(ij))(q_(ij)=0 i≠j;i,j=1,2,…)成为 Q-矩阵和诚实 Q-矩阵的充要条件。
Let E denote a finite or denumerable set,a matrix Q=(q_(ij) i,j∈E)iscalled for a Q matrix if there is the standard and homogeneous Markovchain P(t)such that P′(0)=Q.Further,the Q=P′(0) is called for an honestQ-matrix if the P(t)is honest(namely,sum from j∈E p_(ij)(t)=1,(?)i∈E).This papergives the criteria that respectively determine the diagonal matrix Q=(q_(ij);i,j∈E)(q_(ij)=0,i≠j)to be Q matrix and to be honest Q-matrix.
