摘要
采用响应面分析法较系统地研究了碱性条件下乳糖异构生产乳酮糖的工艺条件,得到了在一定条件变化范围内异构率随反应温度、时间、pH值的变化规律(回归方程)及相应的RSA等高图,可用于对异构率的预测及生产中工艺条件的优化。
The Processing conditions of preparing lactulose from lactose under alkaline condition were systematically studied with RSA (Response Surface Analysis) method. The changing pattern of isomerization rate at the selected conditional ranges of temperature, time and pH was determined, and relative RSA charts were obtained. They can be used to forecast the isomerization rate and choose the optimum technical condeitions.
