摘要
探讨嵌入式纺纱设备的设计与研制。介绍了嵌入式复合纺纱的原理,从粗纱吊挂与喂入、长丝放置及退绕张力控制、粗纱及长丝的定位装置、长丝卷装准备、增大细纱机牵伸倍数等方面较详细地阐述了纺纱装置的设计理念、设计参数及相关设备研制试验情况,分析了设备在实际应用和操作方面存在的问题及改进措施。指出:嵌入式复合纺纱的装置机构合理,可以较好地实现嵌入式复合纺纱的系统设计理念,充分发挥嵌入式纺纱的技术优势。
Design and manufacture of embodied composite spinning device were discussed. Principle of embodied composite spinning device was introduced,design idea & parameter and related equipment manufacture were introduced from aspects of roving suspend & feeding, filament placement & unwind tension control,roving and filament location device,filament package preparation and increasing spinning frame draft multiple et al. Problems and modification measures and operation in practice were analyzed. It is pointed out that embodied composite spinning device is rational,design idea of embodied composite spinning device could be realized, the device advantages could be used fully.
