摘要
欧盟对华直接投资是我国获取关键技术的重要来源,其技术溢出对我国的经济发展和技术进步起到了重要的推动作用。针对近年欧盟对华直接投资的特点,探讨欧盟对华直接投资技术溢出效应的内在理论机制,并在此基础上构建基于内生增长理论的实证计量模型,采用我国13个省(直辖市)2000年至2008年的面板数据进行回归分析和实证研究,发现近年来欧盟对华直接投资技术溢出的个体平均规模效应为负,总体规模效应在统计上并不显著。并讨论了造成以上结果的原因,提出相应的政策建议。
EU' s FDI is a key source of technology to China' s development, and its technology spillover plays an important role to China' s economic development and technological progress. This paper analyzes the FDI from EU in recent years, studies the theoretical mechanisms of its technology spillover, and uses the endogenous growth theory to construct an empirical model to examine the spillover effect of the EU' s FDI. The regression analysis and statistical tests in our model is base on the panel data of China' s 13 provinces from 2000 to 2008. It fends that the over-all-scale spillover effect of EU' s FDI is not significant and the individual-scale spillover effect is negative. Finally, in accordance with the conclusions, the paper puts forward policy suggestions.
