摘要
目的提高临床医务人员手卫生的依从性,降低医院感染现患率。方法通过督查手卫生执行情况,统计手卫生用品用量,增加乙醇擦手液的摆放点,前后对比医院感染现患率的变化。结果通过干预后手卫生执行合格率由2008年的66.93%增至2009年的74.58%,病房乙醇擦手液的使用由2008年的16.2 ml(床/d)增至2009年的21.8 ml(床/d),ICU乙醇擦手液的使用由2008年的46.5 ml(床/d)增至2009年的74.0 ml(床/d),在抗菌药物使用未明显改变情况下,现患率由2008年的7.67%下降至2009年的4.50%。结论提高手卫生的依从性能有效降低医院感染现患率。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of nosocomial infection prevalence rate through the increased compliance of hand hygiene of clinical medical personnel.METHODS The data of nosocomial infection prevalence rate and compliance of hand hygiene,obtained between 2008 and 2009 were compared and analyzed.Since 2009,in order to improve the compliance of hand hygiene,we had inspected the executive condition of hand hygiene,counted the amount of hand-hygiene supplies and feedback,increased Jifro Disinfectant Gel facilities.RESULTS From 2008 to 2009,under the condition of similar antibiotic application,the executive qualification rate of hand hygiene increased from 66.93% to 74.58%,the amount of Jifro Disinfectant Gel supplies increased from 16.2 ml to 21.8 ml in the ward.The amount of Jifro Disinfectant Gel supplies increased from 46.5 ml to 74 ml in the ICU,the nosocomial infection prevalence rate fell significantly from 7.67% to 4.50% through the increased compliance of hand hygiene of medical personnel.CONCLUSION Improving the hand hygiene compliance of clinical medical personnel can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection prevalence rate.
