摘要
目的研究杭州市在娱乐场所暗娼人群(FSW)中开展艾滋病干预效果。方法采用社区干预、外展服务、同伴教育、短信干预以及转介服务等综合干预措施。干预前后通过问卷调查和血清学检测结果进行干预效果评估。结果 FSW的艾滋病知识总知晓率从干预前的14.01%提高到干预后的36.26%(P<0.05);最近一次与客人发生性关系时,安全套使用比例从干预前的70.47%提高到干预后的88.93%(P<0.05);过去1个月与客人发生性关系时,安全套每次使用比例从干预前的25.81%增加到干预后的63.42%(P<0.05)。艾滋病病毒、梅毒、乙型病毒性肝炎以及丙型病毒性肝炎检出率在干预前后差异无统计学意义。结论艾滋病综合干预措施是控制经性途径传播艾滋病的有效手段,但长效工作机制的建立仍任重而道远。
Objective To evaluate the integrated AIDS intervention among female sex workers （FSWs） in entertainment settings in Hangzhou and provide scientific evidences for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods A series of interventions, including community-based intervention, out-reach service, peer persuading, message intervention and referral service, were conducted, and anonymous questionnaire survey and serological test were carried out before and after the intervention. Results After the interventions, the awareness rate about AIDS related knowledge among the FSWs surveyed increased significantly from 14.01% to 36.26% （P 〈0.05）, the condom use rate at the latest commercial sex increased from 70.47% to 88.93% （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and 63.42% of the FSWs used condoms at each commercial sex compared with only 25.81% before the interventions （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the difference on the detection rates of HIV, syphilis, HBsAg and anti-HCV had no statistical significance. Conclusion Integrated AIDS intervention are effective to control the sexual transmission of AIDS, which should be conducted consecutively.
