用CVI工艺制备的低密度单向C/C复合材料的阻尼性能 被引量:3

摘要 用化学气相渗透工艺(CVI)制备出几种不同密度及不同炭纤维类型增强的单向C/C复合材料。在国内自制多功能内耗仪上用扭摆法测试其阻尼性能。结果表明,低密度单向C/C复合材料的阻尼随密度的升高而降低。同种工艺条件,高模炭纤维T-50增强的单向C/C复合材料的阻尼性能优于高强炭纤维T300增强的单向C/C复合材料,且前者在80~200℃范围内有一明显的内耗峰。纤维类型和界面微观结构是影响这类单向C/C复合材料阻尼性能的重要因素。 Damping properties of several loose unidirectional carbon/carbon(1DC/C) composites were measured by a selfmade multifunctional damping apparatus using twisting methodThe composite specimens manufactured by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) method were reinforced by two different kinds of carbon fibers,namely high modulus carbon fibers (T50) and high strength carbon fibers (T300)The results show that the damping values of the loose 1DC/C composites decrease with the increase of their densitiesUnder the same process condition,the damping values of 1DC/C composites reinforced by T50 are higher than those reinforced by T300Moreover,there appear sharp damping peaks between 80200 in the damping curves of the former unidirectional compositesCarbon fiber types and interface microstructures are the main factors that affect damping properties of this kind of 1DC/C composites
