摘要
总结了地热井施工的特点,阐明其洗井工序的重要性,介绍了常用的几种洗井方法及其特点。根据岩屑的自由悬浮理论,提出了用压缩空气洗井状态下汽、液、固三相流体的平衡方程。阐述了洗井用空压机型号选择的理论依据。重点探讨了压缩空气正循环和反循环洗井的部分工艺参数。并得出结论:相同条件下,反循环比正循环的排渣效果更好,但其机具加工和安装略为复杂。由于地热井的复杂性,强调地热井洗井时,钻机不能拆离现场。
This paper summarized the features of the geothermal well construction, clarified the importance of the well flushing process and introduced several kinds of well flushing method. According to the free suspension theory of the cuttings, a balance equation of vapor, liquid and solid under the conditions of compressed air-flushing well is presented. The theoretical basis of choosing air compressor is expounded. Part of the well flushing parameters at the air circulation and reverse circulation is investigated. It is concluded that the residue extraction at anti-circulation cy- cle is better than that at normal circulation, but the equipment and installation process is more complicated under the same conditions. Because of complexity of geothermal well,the drill shouldn't be evacuated from the field while flushing the well.
