盾构穿越既有地铁车站结构安全评估 被引量:12

The Safety Evaluation of the Structure of Existing Subway Station above Shielding Tunnel Traversing

摘要 提出了盾构隧道穿越既有地铁车站结构安全的评估方法,包括风险识别、风险评估及风险控制三方面的内容。以某工程为例,给出了该车站结构的风险等级,通过数值计算,预测了该车站的变形量,分析了车站结构的安全性,提出了变形控制指标。研究结果表明:该车站结构的风险等级为特级,结构安全等级为Ⅰ级,变形控制指标为底板最大沉降为15mm,纵向变形斜率为3‰。 The evaluating method of the structure safety of the existing subway station when shielding tunnel traverse under it was put forward, involving risk identification, risk evaluation and risk control. Taking a project under construction as an example, the risk rank of the station was posed, and by means of numerical simulation, the displacement of station structure was predicted, its security was analyzed, and control indicators were recommended. The results indicate that the risk rank of the station structure is the highest, the rank of the structure safety is of grade Ⅰ , control indicators of the displacement include the maximum value of bottom settlement 15mm, and the longitudinal deformation ratio is 3‰.
