摘要
远程遥控气压沉箱施工技术以地面遥控操作、自动化挖排土、信息化施工区别于传统气压沉箱工法,在大深度、近距离地下工程建设中有着广泛的应用前景。结合我国首个应用远程遥控气压沉箱技术的上海某盾构隧道竖井施工实例,介绍了其中一些我国自主研发的新型施工装置和关键控制技术,对气压沉箱信息化施工系统的研发做了重点阐述,最后,从现场监测和数值模拟两方面对气压沉箱施工引起的地表沉降进行了研究,并与其他开挖方式引起的地表沉降模式进行了比较。
Characterized by remote controlling, unmanned excavation, and information construction, the automatic pneumatic caisson method has advantages in deep excavation, such as in the deep shield tunnel shafts or some underground construction close to the existing structures or facilities. Combined with one shaft construction employing the automatic pneumatic caisson in Shanghai, this paper presented some new construction equipments and controlling technology, and described the information construction system and its development. In addition, field measurements and FEM simulation have been conducted to evaluate the enviromnental impact induced by the pneumatic caisson construetion. One surface settlement profile during construction in the typical Shanghai soft ground was proposed and also compared with that caused by commonly adopted braced excavation methods such as the diaphragm method.
