摘要
目前盾构隧道设计方案决策,仅考虑初期投入和建设成本,很少考虑到全寿命成本和社会成本和环境成本,因而有较大的缺陷和局限性。这直接导致了盾构隧道维护成本、建设期交通堵塞成本及环境成本过高,社会负面影响大的问题。基于全寿命周期的盾构隧道经济成本评估正是针对这一问题,从工程学和经济学的角度综合考虑了设计、建设、营运、检测、养护、社会、环境等各个方面的因素,最终以隧道全寿命周期的综合经济成本为指标,以此来评价工程的优劣与经济性。
According to cun'ent design method for shield tunnel, only the initial design and construction costs are considered, with little regard to life -cycle cost, social cost and environmental cost. The direct results are the high cost of shield tunnel maintenance, enormous negative influence of traffic congestion dining construction period, terrible environmental problem, etc. These problems can be solved, to some extent, by introducing the LCCA ( life cycle cost analysis) , in which all relevant factors are considered, including design, construction, operation, inspection, maintenance, society and environment, and in which the key design indicator becomes the integrated life cycle cost of shiehl tunnel project.
