摘要
地下空间是城市空间系统的有机组成部分,其开发利用的功能、规模、布局等都会受到城市发展的具体情况影响,因此,处于不同城市区位的地铁车站周边地下空间将具有不同的开发模式。为了指导车站周边地下空间的开发利用,很有必要先对城市地铁车站进行分类,再针对各类车站的特点研究制定地下空间开发利用模式。本次研究将在分析已有地铁车站分类理论的基础上,抓住影响车站地区地下空间开发利用的两大重要影响因素——地铁车站的交通重要性以及车站所处的城市区位,来划分地铁车站类型。
Underground space is a part of city space system, therefore, its function and scale and layout of exploitation and utilization will be influenced by the city existing conditions. As a result, the neighborhood underground space of metro station in the different urban districts should be developed on different exploiting modes. It' s necessa- ry to sort city metro stations first, and then to study and frame the modes of underground space exploitation relying on different kinds of stations' character. This paper applied two important factors the traffic importance of metro stations and the different urban districts which had influence on station areas' underground space exploitation to sort metro stations based on the existed sorting theories.
