摘要
近年来,城市地下空间灾害防御与使用安全的问题正成为专家和学者普遍关注的热点。对于地下商业空间设施这样人流量大的地下空间,安全问题显得尤为重要。因此,建立一套层次清晰、关系合理的安全评价指标体系,是保证地下商业空间设施使用安全的前提。本文对地下商业空间设施易发生灾害的类型、灾害发生机理和灾害成因进行分析,阐述了建立地下商业空间设施安全评价指标体系的原则,研究并初步建立了地下商业空间设施安全评价体系的框架,对预防和减少地下商业空间设施使用期间灾害事故的发生具有一定的指导意义。
In recent years, disaster prevention and service safety for urban underground space are becoming common concerns of experts and scholars. Security issue is extremely important to underground space with large flow of people, such as underground commercial facilities. Therefore, it is the premise of service safety for underground commercial facilities to establish a safety assessment index system with clear hierarchy and reasonable relationship. This paper not only studies the types, mechanism and reasons of disasters, but also elaborates the principle of safety assessment index system for underground commercial facilities. At last, a preliminary safety assessment index system for underground commercial facilities is established which can be propitious to disaster prevention and reduction for underground commercial facilities.
