COHERENS模型是由欧盟的海洋学专家学者联合研究和发展的一个三维海洋及近岸模型,该模型功能强大,广泛应用于海洋水动力及水质数值模拟。介绍了该模型的模块、特点,及在不同方面的研究现状,并根据模型的不足提出了应用COHERENS模型的建议,讨论了进一步研究的发展趋势。
The COHERENS model is a three-dimensional coastal and shelf seas jointly researched and developed by the EU oceanographic experts, which is powerful and widely used in marine hydrodynamics and water quality numerical simulation. The paper introduced modules, characteristics of the model and the research status in different aspects. And recommendations about applied COHERENS model according to the shortage of the model were proposed and the trends of further research were discussed as well.
