顺磁纳米铁核素靶向治疗系统中外磁场的优化

摘要 顺磁纳米铁核素(PNINs)靶向输运系统中磁场是靶向的关键因素,磁场的优化对PNINs的靶向效果有非常重要的作用,本文结合PNINs的受力特点和两种磁场的分布特点总结了PNINs靶向治疗的磁场优化的关键是应兼顾磁场的强度和梯度. External magnetic is the critical factor in targeting therapy system for the Paramagnetic Nanometers-iron Nuclide Particles(PNINs).It is very important for PNINs targeting effect to optimize the external magnetic,link the character of magnetic force on PNINs and the distribute of the external magnetic field.This paper summarized that the key to optimizing the external magnetic is to enhance the intensity and the gradient of the magnetic field in the same time.
