增压锅炉单只调风器的空气动力场等温三维数值模拟

摘要 对某船用增压锅炉带入口旋流器的新型调风器流场进行了三维数值模拟,并对单只调风器不同工况下的流动进行了对比,从速度场的分析,回流区大小,炉膛充满度等进行了对比,得到了一些规律性的数据:调风器的回流区随着负荷变化基本不变,回流Ⅸ长度为320mm,回流区直径为160mm。通过模拟结果,对炉膛内的空气流动状况有了更多的了解,为旋流凋风器的设计和改进提供了相关依据。 A 3-D numerical simulation was performed of the flow field in the new type air register of a marine supercharged boiler with an inlet cyclone. The flows in a single air register under different operating conditions were compared from the following aspects, namely, an analysis of the velocity field, size of the return flow zone and the filling degree of the furnace etc. Therefore, some data involving definite regularities were obtained. The simulation results can make one understand more about the air flow status in the furnace and provide a relevant basis for the design and improvement of cyclone type registers.
